Welcome to our holiday apartment Terrazzi in Colletta di Castelbianco – one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
In 2018, we fell in love with Colletta and fulfilled our dream of owning our own holiday apartment in Italy. We furnished Terrazzi with great attention to detail and hope that our guests will feel just as comfortable here as we do.
We especially love spending time on our two terraces, enjoying the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. That’s also where the name of our apartment comes from: Terrazzi.
Unique Architecture
Colletta is an architectural gem – a medieval village that has been carefully restored as a harmonious whole. Our apartment was created by combining several originally separate small living units into one spacious home. The three entrance doors to our apartment are a reminder of its origins – a unique detail that reflects the special character and history of the village.
A Wide Range of Leisure Activities
There is plenty to discover around Colletta. The Val Pennavaire is a popular and versatile climbing area, also known as “Pennavalley” or “Oltre Finale.” Numerous hiking trails wind through the varied landscape and lead into the nearby Ligurian Alps of Piedmont.
From mid-May to the end of September, the shared swimming pool within the complex is available for a refreshing dip (open from May 15 to September 30). Alternatively, the nearby Pennavaire River is perfect for a refreshing swim.
The Ligurian coast, with its picturesque towns of Albenga, Alassio and Laigueglia and their beautiful beaches, is only about 20–25 minutes away.
Food & Shopping
Colletta also has plenty to offer when it comes to food and drink. The charming bar in the heart of the village is the perfect place for an espresso, an aperitivo, or a relaxed meal in a unique atmosphere.
For special culinary experiences, the restaurants Scola and Da Gin offer refined cuisine. For everyday groceries, a visit to Giorgia’s little village shop, U Buthegin, is well worth it.
If you are looking for a wider selection, Cisano sul Neva offers additional restaurants, bars, shops, and several supermarkets.
